Title: Video BubbleUPnp streaming

I'm seeing things. Well, not always. I have video that I can cast directly to Chromecast from W10: In explorer, rt click on a file->cast->device. Yet JRiver/BubbleUPnP won't play the same file. What/where should I be looking to address this? PS the windows audio is atrocious, which is why I use JRiver MC.
