Great news that JRiver is on Android  :)

Bugs so far...

Using the navigation buttons for search, playlist etc at the top of the screen causes dropouts in the file currently playing.

Twice so far (about 1 hour) when I hit the 'Home' button, it deleted the playlist and stopped the currently playing file mid track.

The orange button on the home page takes me to a page that says 'Radio JRiver' but it has no controls and nothing happens.

The pink button says 'no car radio buttons have been saved' but I have no idea what this means or how to make it work. There doesn't seem to be any way of setting them up.

Is it possible to import, create (non current) or save a playlist?

Nice work people. Bought it, installed it, using it. Thanks.
1. Switch from "Album view/Playing now" (not sure what the view is called sorry.) to Home. Playing song stutters briefly. Same going the other way.
2. Quit out of the app (minimize, swipe right to close it) and browser instance stays open. While playing with the app before reading that it imports from default music location I ended up with 5 instances of the browser page open.
I'll read more in the forum before asking more questions. Thanks again.

Sorry - shouldn't have included the "stutter" comment, it's already been reported and responded too...

Hi,

I just bought a Fiio X7 Mark II and I wonder if MediaCenter could propably work on it. I don't want to buy it unless there's a chance it will work and I don't have a Google account to test the Beta version. The actual Android version is 5.1.1.

Thanks!

It plays files on Android (to Android) and it can play files to a PC that is running a DLNA Renderer (MC, for example).

It's supposed to launch a web browser with Panel. My Xiaomi Mi Box S seems to lack a web browser by default, so you might check that.

Ah OK,  wasn't aware of that.
However,  of course I have a web browser installed,  actually several of them.
Wondering,  if there are some settings somewhere in the MC app,  where I can define the default browser?

I have deleted the app cache on my phone,  restarted MC for Android.

I was asked to allow MC access to files etc on may phone,  which I granted.

I shortly saw a grey screen,  then it obviously crashed and it's the same as before - white screen after restart...

What version of Android is installed?

Any extra security software installed?  It could prevent JRiver from starting a browser.

Android 8.1.0, see attachment for more.
No antivirus,  but Prey-app.

There is a possible fix for the crashing on start-up that should be out tomorrow.

I have exact same issue on my Mi Max 3 too. Tried changing the default browser to see if it made a difference but still just gets stuck on a blank white screen.
