Hi All,
I have MC21 and central library on NAS. I have been trying and trying to permanently remove files from my NAS and library. They seem to be deleted - then, next day - they are all imported again?!
I have read various posts on this matter and have appled correct auto import settings ( ignore previously deleted files). They reappeared.
I then removed again, this time also deleted them from NAS recycle bin, and guess what - they reappeared again, as if by magic ( and all are playing!)
This is way to weird to understand, how can MC re-import ? and play files I have deleted of NAS AND NAS recycle bin as well?

Any help would be much appreciated, I am totally lost with this one? Is this a known bug?
Thanks in advance!
Dan ;)

Under Tools > Import, check your auto-import settings.

A file that does not exist on a disk can not be played. My guess is that MC has imported several copies of some of your files. Hover over one of these "reimported phantom files" and look at the full path. Then go to Locate > On Disk External to have MC show the file to you.
That should give you a clue as to where these files actually are.

Hi I have had another look. All seem correct. I have ticked option to ignore previous deleted files?
What do I need to do to ensure they are not getting reimported?
Many thanks
