Title: Refresh File List confusion...

ok, so if I'm viewing audio by Artist|Album, why doesn't f5 refresh the File listing (in the right pane)?

Scenario:
I had ripped a cd as wav files.  I open mc15 and choose to view that album.  They all show up just fine.  Why after converting them to flac (with mc15 still open) and deleting the wav files, is my listing still showing all of them as wavs still???  Shouldn't the File Type column say flac?

Am I not understanding the purpose of Refresh?

Someone please help me with what seems to be something that's supposed to be easy.

Are you doing the conversion in MC or another program?
Are you deleting them in MC or explorer?
