Title: JRiver 28.0.102 on Raspberry Pi Bullseye
Post by: duncan4791 on January 18, 2022, 12:30:34 pm
The JRiver window on Pi4 Bullseye 64bit is now showing up inside another window. Latest 28.0.102. Two windows for the price of one. It was fine on 101.

It also does it on GNOME running on both X11 and Wayland. Also does it on Cinnamon running on X11.

To be honest I do kinda like it this way though, it wouldn't be hard to adapt most skins for this to hide the second set of minimize/maximize/restore/close buttons. Maybe it should be a configurable option that can be enabled? This would help with skinning stuff quite a bit - I've already modified my PIXEL skin to work with how it looks right now and it actually looks pretty nice.

It's just not made to do that. Dismissing the box with the x can lead to a crash.

I reworked the window creation code trying to simplify and optimize the hinting.
I hope it's the last time I need to mess with it. Please report any window creation issues.
Thanks.
