Title: Is there a way to disable tooltips on "play", "audio" buttons etc.

Hello,

Is there a way to disable tooltips on "play", "audio" buttons etc. I search on WIKI but where it says there must be an option for shutting down tooltips there is not option at all in the options window. There is one tooltip option but only for track info.

Am I not looking good enough?
