Title: how to transfer media center 12 program and settings to new pc?

please help, I want to transfer my media cntr12 program & settings to my new computer. Is there an easy way to do this manually w/o buying special software (I will eventually upgrade to mc15)? old pc= windows xp, new pc= windows 7/64 bit.-- thanx!
