After many years of AMD GPUs, I switched to Nvidia. I have solved several problems, but one still fails.
If you are bitstreaming with HD audio, you will not hear anything unless you choose any standard audio while watching and then switch back to HD audio.
With the previous AMD card any audio signal was immediately hooked up so I don't think it depends on JRiver or the HDMI cable: is there any particular setting to do on the Nvidia panel?

Fixed by reinstalling the drivers :D
