Title: sync problem

This is a repeat of problem last year.     Anyway have (2) sansa clips, been sync both with no problems.   In addition I had credit card hacked and had to update billing info today.  Now can't sync either.   can you check my account of advise.  thanks

Are you using Performer?  Or another WMA service?

My subscription is for portable device only.  I log in to the performer store only,  if thats what you're asking.

In MC's Performer settings, try changing your account type.

I switched to standard sub.     No change.   I have two sanza clips both had 331 songs on them.  When I try to sync one of them which I formated the mp3 player to clear, it list only 52 songs and they will sync but the other 268 have no subscription rights.  I/m affraid to sync my other one as it still has the 331 songs on it, but needs to be synced.

Is there a way you can email me and let me give you my phone number?  I am going on vacation soon and would like to have at least one of the mp3s working.

just set up the demo version and attempted a sync. Got error msg  outlook failed to add the personal store to the session
What do I do now
