Title: add numbers sequentially behind name tag?

hi curious if its possible to add numbers sequentially (or even alphabetically) behind or in front of the name tag?
Example.. i have a bunch of pics that are not named properly, and i want to change them to autobiography 1, autobiography 2, autobiography 3 etc...  i've tried right clicking but cant seem to find if there is a function that will do that for me?
