Title: Gizmo: Able to remove items from now playing?

I know in JRemote you can manipulate the now playing list and remove entries if you will, but I don't see how this is done on gizmo?

You can access the playing list from the furthest left button on the Playing Now page.  It doesn't look like there is functionality to manipulate the list at this time.
