I have a library loaded on a Thinkpad (latest x64 version) and "load full album into memory" selected. This library is loaded into an MC (latest) instance on a MacBook (latest High Sierra) and controlled on the MacBook (Play "there").
When I start a track, it takes a few seconds to play (probably because of the loading into memory) on the Thinkpad. When I then double click on a track in another album, MC crashes. This is reproducible and the crash occurs quicker when jumping to high-resolution files. Please find attached to log.
I have no anti-virus software installed.

Happens consistently after a few albums. Local playback also (in contrast to my above post).

I had a similar problem, on album change rather than track change. But upgrading to the latest build 70+ fixed it for me.
-
I noticed this on 70 and now on 72.

Happens still in 81.

What happens if you uncheck this option?

On initial testing, it seems to work fine without memory playback.
-
Please leave it that way for a while and let us know what you find.

Using 24.0.25 and I can't seem to reproduce a crash with "load full album into memory" enabled. Seems to be fixed, thanks!
