I've hit a roadblock and hopefully someone out there has experienced and fixed the same issue.
I have two computers running JR19. Both are connected wireless to a wireless router. My goal was to get rid of the locally attached external USB drive in my main server and just stream files via wifi to it from the other server in my office. I loaded the shared library and all seemed well. I could play redbook and hi-rez files just fine, but DSD was a different story.
DSF/DIFF files that I download from the internet stream okay, but any SACD converted DSD/ISO files won't stream properly (there's no sound even though the player bar moves).
I use no DSP of any kind, all native bit-rates.
All DSD files play fine if I grab the files from a locally attached USB external drive.
Help! Thanks in advance.

Have you tried enabling or disabling the Memory Playback option?
Tools → Options → Audio → Settings → Play files from memory instead of disk

Yes, that's the setting I've always used and I have tried to toggle with no success. My plan is to stream wireless from a Nas to see if this will help. Maybe the system I'm grabbing the SACD files from currently does something in the background to the files that in effect "corrupts" them. It doesn't make sense, but I don't know what else to try. Thanks.

On the client MC.
Is Options->Media Network->Client Options->Audio Conversion turned off?
