Title: Window for "Rename, Move, & Copy Files" does not draw correctly

When I open the dialog under Tools --> Library Tools --> Rename, Move, & Copy Files, the window does not fully draw, and cuts of the input fields at the bottom to define the file paths for Find and Replace.  This is simply solved by manually stretching the window, but natively cuts off the most often used (by me) function of this window. I have attached screenshot showing the current behavior, and the requested behavior of this window.

This window used to draw properly in older versions of MC20.  The problem was introduced in MC 20.0.87, still lingering into the latest version of MC21.

MC 21.0.8, OSX 10.9.5, 2011 MacBook Pro 15 inch (non-retina)

Yes.  This has been happening for as long as I can remember.  Another "no big deal" kind of thing.  Just odd and mildly annoying to have to stretch the dialog box every time I use the tool.

Yep. I've seen it too. Meant to report it but forgot.
