Title: Amazon Prime Music
Post by: ghaun on October 21, 2016, 09:47:49 am
Hello,

I use JRiver for my 16 audio zones in the house.  I have a reasonable library; though, I am transitioning to streaming services.  I would love to be able to select the music and stream from Amazon Unlimited, though also be able to route to the appropriate sound zone.  Is this possible?  I believe that I could most likely use the wdm driver for a single stream; though, not multiple.  Could there be a patchbay capability for the wdm driver which allows for multiple virtual channels which could be linked to the physical output devices?

Thanks,

Greg

Streaming web services to client zones doesn't work, unfortunately. It's been requested a couple of times.

If you want to play around with a Linux box, I've figured out how to do this. Check out http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,109253.0.html
