Title: Play Doctor doesn't work on JRemote and append to playlist bug

In JRemote playing now list is not generated if I select a song to be played with play doctor. Gizmo work fine.

Other one:
If I try to add album to a playlist by using "Append to "Now Playing" list" current playback is restarted from the beginning of the playlist. (I would assume that it should only add tracks to playlist without affecting current playback.)
