Title: Output format startup

In Output Format beneath Channels the Center says +3db tho I dont recall changing it... leave it? Change back to zero?

Also, beneath sample Rate the first input is Less than 44,100 Hz and out put listed as No Change... i dont see this in any screen shots... i thonk i see the output as 44,100 followed by 4 No Change until input 176,400/Output 96,000... is this correct as is? Did I accidentally change something? If so how do i fix it? Many thanks!
