Title: Convert to MP3 fails on Media Center 21

I don't have version 22. I have version 21. Is 21 no longer talked about here? Has converting to MP3 ever worked? First time I tried it was today because I needed an mp3 to test something. All my attempts on 3 different songs all came back as "Failed". No reason was given.

update: I was able to complete the task using iTunes.
