Can anyone help with the following error:

A device error occurred. Error number is 1000
Error data is: KEY: 0 ASC: 0 ASCQ: 0

I don't recognize that as a Media Jukebox error.  What are you doing when you get it?

Thanks for the reply.  I am attempting to create an MP3 disk.  I sent all the MP3's to the device and then hit "start" and that is what came up.
