Hi,
maybe a minor glitch, but when renaming an entry following a folder rule e.g. [Artist]\[Album]\ and [Album] has changed from upper to lower case (or vice versa) is has changed in MC's database, but not under Windows - when looking up in Windows Explorer.
[Edit] it happens also for the attached picture name when the file name has changed
