Hi there,
would it be possible to make the track sequence of a burn queue available for naming of files when burning Data CDs?
Reason is, that most MP3 ready CD players just play them ordered by Folder/Filename. They are not able to interpret m3u or any other playlist. So, if one has a special order of songs in mind for a MP3 CD Collection, this gets completely ignored in case the tracks are not named according to the above scheme and all are stored within the root folder.
Thanks, Marcus

i would also like this

It is available. Has been since MC11.0 at least. Recheck the filename options in the burn dialog window.

It was - afair it was "sequence", but it is gone or i am too dumb to find it.

It's definitley there.
On the CD Burning Dialogue
* Options
* CD/DVD Folder Naming
IMO it should be done by default
Album Artist(Auto)\Album\
Or should ask you prior to burning the disc what the disc is for.
Since Amateur users won't find this or understand it.

* Advanced: [Season] - [Series], no [Sequence]
I do not mean [Track#]!

I stand corrected - I was really so focused on the [Sequence#] thing that I simply did not see this very obvious option. What the eye does not want to see the eye does not see...
Sorry for stealing your time

Thanks Alex B for clearing this out, I was looking for this too! :-[
Additional question on burning of playlists:
can the folder naming be set to include the name of the playlist as well?
Thanks for your help
