Title: Feature request: JRemote to include a 'skip by x seconds' feature

I'd love to be able to quickly skip back/ahead in songs, podcasts, audio books and videos, similar to what other apps offer. This can be a fixed time, like 15 or 30 seconds, or it be customizable (I have seen one app at least which allows for that).

I post this in the JRemote section, not in MC27, as I have this need in particular on the small screen devices: it's really hard to scroll back just the last few seconds with a finger on a phone.
