Title: Problem playing my videos remotely

High-end PC / Intel i-7 / 16g RAM / SSD / 14TB HDD
Wi-Fi Terminal Bell 3000 / 100mg seconds / 2.4ghz and 5ghz
JRiver 28
JRemote installed on: iPhone X sr - iPad 8th generation -
Also Apple TV 4K via Infuse 7
For a few days, my videos start and stop after a few seconds / as much on my iPhone, my iPad or my Infuse application
The videos play very well on my computer JRiver
I restarted everything several times, checked the connections, checked the Wi-Fi speed and everything is in perfect working order

Someone would have a solution to this problem???
