Help me Why there is no "native format "option at "output Encoding" with Mac OS?
When I use Sony pha-3 with Windows there are many option at output Encoding, but the native format is lost at Mac OS

Because macOS only supports DoP over CoreAudio.
DoP *is* native DSD, as it accomplishes the same thing in the end but it just uses a different delivery method, so to speak. But, as you can see, it's limited to only 4X DSD (aka DSD256). I'm not aware of any DACs that would allow 8X DSD (aka DSD512) to work with DoP.

So thus how can I play the DSD file well with MC through Sony Pha-3?
The DSD file played well in Windows version MC through Native Format, but it can't played well in Mac Version through dop format. The music sound is low and there are many “White Noise” ?

If I were you, I'd contact Sony about that and see if they support DoP with the Pha-3. If they don't support DoP, then likely your only option is using Windows.
