I need to change the payment options. New credit card. I forgot how to do it. And a quick search did not hepl.
How and where can I change it?

Which version of Media Center are you using? If it's a recent version, you can easily start up your subscription again by going to the Account / Change Subscription dialog and selecting "Portable Subscription" or "Standard Subscription". Let us know if this works for you.

By the way, I access PMC on "JUKEBOX 14", and would like to know why there is not biographys available. It's only a matter of configuration or waht?

Our media provider dropped their metadata service so we switched to using Wikipedia for album and artist information. You'll need a newer version of our software to see the new metadata.

Dear John, I receive your e-mail and answered yesterday, thank you.
I installed MC 15, registered as instructed, and uninstall JUKEBOX 14. Now, when I try sign up the PMC using the MC 15, and using my old account data, the follow message appears: "There was an error accessing a critical component (wmhelper.dll). Protected content may not be accessible".
So I tried to make a new subscription, and I could'n because the same message appears.
Please, what can I do to get PMC ok again?

Please re-install Media Center 15 and let me know if it works after that.
