Title: "Unknown" e-mail Account

I am a licenzed user of Jukebox 7.0 Since Í have made an update to 8.0 I lost some features. Tries to update the sysetem failed, because I am asced to enter an ID Numder, I don't have. What I have is my lincese data on a disk, a Password and that's it.

If I try to mail you, I get the message, mail adress unknown, what I do not understrand. I have only one mail name on my mail accounts, that never canged in the past.

So, what can I do?

You can use Help/Restore in MJ 8.0 to restore a 7.x license.

What is the name of the license?
