Title: "Failed to Initiate Jukebox Purchase"

Now that the 8.0 final is out I thought I would purchase it.  Great product!

When I select Help | Buy Media Jukebox I get the message

Failed ot Initiate Jukebox Purchase

Can I get a little help here?  I've tried uninstalling and re-installing -- I get the same message.

Also -- I tried to purchase the Slide Show plug in -- but when I click the Buy button nothing happens.

Both of my 30 day trials have expired -- in case that matters.

That reminds me...  When I purchased MJ (and when I did a restore) a browser window opened near the end of the process.  I don't recall the url (I think it was https: based) but the page never displayed.  The license "showed up" OK so I dismissed it but I thought you guys might find it important.

What browser are you using? When you buy, it tries to open that browser pointed to the web page that starts the purchase. If you
want to open up the page by hand, drop me an email (gateley @ jriver.com)

Yep, the welcome page was getting firewalled off :^(. Our
firewall became schizo sometime yesterday, I don't know why. It's
back to normal now.
