Title: list rules set on server don't carry over
Post by: Bengi010 on March 23, 2018, 05:11:15 pm
I have a list of my son's movies that's based primarily on MPAA ratings, but sometimes a movie that's rated PG or even G isn't appropriate, like a documentary or The Outlaw Josie Wales for example (he's 2).  So my workaround has been to add a rule "Name is not..." which brings up a list of all movies in the list and I check off the ones I don't want to show up.  It works fine, but the problem is that doing it on the server doesn't seem to update to the other computers.  I end up having to do the same thing 3 times.  How can I make it so lists stay identical?

Have you tried doing the work on the Server, then restarting MC on the clients? I do know there are some things that won't show up on a client until it is restarted (like new tv series cover art). Maybe similar with your "list rules".
