Hi crew. Upgrading the PC at hand from MC 19 to 23. Uninstalled MC 19 first, leaving the settings intact. Using 64 bit version of MC 230102-x64 for the install. PC is an HP 64-bit with i5-3210M 2.50GHz Intel processor, 8.00 Gb of RAM. MC 23 installs fine but when opening the program, only the Media Center 23 process runs. The actual program won't open up. I've tried as administrator, but that makes no difference. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, with the same effect. I'm perplexed. I have MC 23 on several other computers around the home and no issues. Just here. What am I doing wrong? Thanks. JCR
