Title: I have done something, JRiver opens in display view?
Post by: robgil on October 13, 2017, 01:44:33 pm
I wish to configure JRiver to open videos in display view, so if I find a video file on my PC and double click on it I would like JRiver to open straight into display view.

Somehow I have configured it to open in display view if I double click on the JRiver icon on my desktop but it will only open videos into standard view.

To get this far I went to tools , options , general , behavior , Jump on play (both audio and video) playing now.

Am I even in the right settings?

Ok, so I managed to get JR starting up in standard mode using the start up menu in options, so how can I get it to play video files straight into display mode?

If you open videos from MC's interface, it will start in Display View (full screen).  I can't help you with navigating from Windows Explorer.
