Title: Media Jukebox wont install

I have been using Media Jukebox 12 for a long time now but the other day when I tried to play a track I got an error message and the program terminated. I tried to relaunch but I got the same message.  
I then tried to reinstall the program but every time I do it tells me that the install wizard has encountered a problem and  needs to close. When I click to see the error report it says the following under error signature.

AppName: install wizard.exe    AppVer: 12.0.221.0    ModName: jrtools.dll
ModVer: 12.0.283.0    Offset: 000196f6

I have tried installing Media Jukebox 14 also but I get the same results. Any help in solving my problem would be greatly appreciated.

Just a thought - have you tried a full uninstall before re-installing?
