Title: Radio Streaming mostly not working

What's up with radio streaming in MC23?  Most of the stream URLs that I try just buffer, glitch, buffer, glitch, buffer, glitch.  The exact same URLs play just fine in a browser.

I never had streaming problems in the older versions.  Is it MC23 or have the streams changed?  For example:

I don't recognize that as a problem of MC23.  Something OS related?

Could be.  Or maybe I need to change the browser used by MC23?  The workaround for the moment is simply to do a WASPI loop, redirecting the external browser audio thru JRiver where DSP can be applied.

Switching the JRiver browser from Internet Explorer to Chromium did the trick.  URLs stream properly now.
