Title: Missing genre

I have 100s of songs with no Genre.
Is there an automated way I can get these?

Google Musicbrainz Picard and also install the last fm Ng plugin, then you get all the genre tags. Great tool, but unfortunately I haven't found a better way to do it.

is the ng plugin here in jriver and how does  Musicbrainz Picard work?
