I tried clean new installation due to some suspected bugs while I was in the trial period.
And I deleted JRiver folders in the application support folder of my OSX to do so.
However it broke my trial status.
The app says, "the trial period has expired" but in fact there must be still some weeks left.
I tried extending trial period, and thankfully I got 45 days extension.
But it still is not recognized.
What can I do?

You could try on another machine if you have one.
-
I don't have any other Mac for media player use.
Do you mean, if I try on Windows PC, will the trial period be back?

Yes. But the versions are not identical.

It works on my Windows PC but still doesn't on my Mac.
I wasn't asked about my email or etc, there wasn't any relation between two machines.
My Mac is the machine where I want to test JRiver.
Is there any solution to run it on my Mac??

What is the problem on the Mac?

This is the problem on my Mac.
I started my trial on 22. Sep, so 30 day trial shouldn't be over.
It seems that the save location of first install date somewhere in the system is lost when I tried "clean re-install."

no solution for my problem?
will my product key recognized if I buy the product?
-
As to your last question: I am quite certain that a purchased license key will work with an expired trial installation of MC. I've done this many times and never had an issue.
