Title: Is there a quick way to get back to the top of the tree on the left?

When I have the "Artists" expanded & have an album selected & playing, is there a quick way to get back to the top & select "albums" for instance? And when I am finished snooping around, how do I get back to Now Playing without having to scroll all the way to the top of the column?
