Title: Minor Bug. Car Radio Link to Playlist Menu Doesn't Show Ampersand

MC 30.0.40 Windows 11
See screen shot.  When I right click a car radio button and choose Link To Playlist from the menu the playlist with an "&" doesn't have the "&".  However, after choosing that playlist it displays correctly on the button.
