Title: Short song part loops for 10 seconds when DSP "Output Format" is checked

When output format is checked on DSP and songs are rapidly switched between one another by very rapidly clicking on them in a playing zone, MC will constantly repeat about a second of the song for maybe 10 seconds and recover (if it recovers at all) - and "buffering" will usually appear.  For me this is easily reproduceable (albeit doesn't happen every single time, but many times).  This problem has been around for at least several main releases.  It has been noted before and at least one other person has seen this problem.  Maybe it is not fixable, but thought I would report it again.  I do very fast switching between songs to test sound quality of two different versions of the same song. (I always have output format set to all the default states.)
