Title: MC crashes in View Pane Dropdown and no search results

MC crashes reproducable with View Pane Dropdown and no search results

Course of action:
- View with several categories
- one item of a category selected
- search with one or more words with no results
- hover with the mouse over the previously selected category

You're sure right.

Next build of MC24 will attempt to fix it:
Fixed: Opening a drop down pane when there was a search with no results could crash.  Now search resets the drop down pane selection.

Sorry to bother again, but as a new combination in the same drop down pane view also results to a crash I append it to this thread.

Course of action:
- select an item of a category, e.g. [Artist]
- change [Artist] to [Artist 2]
- hover with the mouse over the category
- MC crashes...

Could you take a look again please?

[Edit] just tried MC 24.0.015 and MC still crashes (the first reported combination works now)

ok, I'll give some examples:

Select 'Quen' in category Artist, mark all (!) entries and rename them to 'Queen', move the mouse over the category Artist
=> crash

Another example with a different kind of list field:

Select 'USA' in category Country, mark all entries and change Country to 'Great Britain', hover with the mouse over the category Country
=> crash
