Title: Per File Track Transitions (cross-fade, gapless, etc.) not working

The required fields are available in the tags, but no matter what Track Transition and/or Track Transition Duration is set, playback is unaffected.

Playing to a local zone?
It won't do anything playing to a DLNA zone. They are file based, not a stream.
