the new 25 version is crashing on my Mac, see attachemnt
-
Can you post the full text of the error, instead of a screenshot? There is usually useful stuff at the bottom. :)
Preferably save it in a text file, and attach that here.

Same problem
-
Two songs played. May have restarted my playlist before sending.
-
Please post the full Apple "Problem Report" log, the JRiver log isn't very helpful on crashes like this on OSX.
-
Maybe I should start a new thread. OS X doesn't crash. JRiver just freezes and stops playing after about 4 to 5 songs. I can restart MC and then the whole thing is repeated (4/5 songs)
-
I can play iTunes :( for days at a time without any network hiccups, yet still not play JR past three songs without stopping.
-
The macOS Crash Report is still the best tool for looking at this, could you post the full report?
-
Try turning off autoimport.
-
I also experience frequent freezes, crashes and intermittent drop outs.
Sometimes the Media Center / Quit is the only thing that works when frozen.....and sometimes a Force Quit is necessary.
-
Try turning off autoimport.
Jim, that causes the playlist to clear leaving only one song on repeat. Or, oddly, MC will play a song and shuffle current artist w/o playing the playlist of 5 star songs.
The most MC will play is four, sometimes five songs. That's it. OS X doesn't crash, MC just stops playing.
Could it be a problem with El Capitan? If so, I can't upgrade any higher on my Mac Pro.
-
I reinstalled MC 24 w/ MC 25 library. No problems for 70 tracks (various bitrate/depth).
-
This is the only time MC has crashed OS X. It's 24, but may help in 25?
