Title: unable to restore my license for MC18

I just replaced a failed hard drive on my media computer. I reinstalled MC18 from a file I had saved (ver. 18.0.106). I tried submitting my registration code through MC18 via "Help">"Install License ..." and I get 'Error - We could not find that license'. I requested an email be sent with my registration code, and the code in this new email matches the code that I was inputting on the License Restore Page. The email also stated that I have 10 restores left. How do I get my license restored?

I had the same problem and also once I sorted that had an error saying that the licence and version did not match.
I solved it myself by uninstalling the program, removing references to JRiver form the windows registry,then reinstalling.

When I purchased MC18 and entered my registration code, I received a message stating that the license has been successfully restored.  When I close everything out and reopen, I am back at square 1 where it states that I need to restore my license? ? ?

You need to have the correct version installed (to match your license).  Then do a restore.
