Title: My MC 21 has gone bonkers. Can not import and display mode will not work

The file seems corrupted and I have tried replacing it with no success. Music plays fine but not being able to import is a big problem. Library>import does not respond. I can't figure out how to reload this firmware.

We don't have enough information to really help you.  At a minimum, try rebooting the computer and restarting Media Center.  If that doesn't work, please give a few more details about what you are seeing, and also your version of OSX, and version of MC.
