Title: JRiver black window

Sometimes my JRiver opens as a complete black window. A Windows reboot sometimes solves this. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing.
Any ideas what is the cause?
Using the latest version of both Windows and MC.

Hmm running it as administrator solves this and opens normally. This seems to be some kind of user authorization level issue.

I'm posting here because I couldn't find a way to open a new thread and I'm having a similar problem like Matias:

I'm getting a black window after minimizing and restoring Media Center 26. It normally happens the first time when minimizing, sometimes though it appears after the second or third time.

I have the newest Nvidia driver installed on my Windows 10 64bit (all updates installed). I have also removed and reinstalled Media Center 26.0.107 (64-bit) - no success.

Starting as administrator doesn't help either.

Does anybody have an idea what could help?

There is a Help button in the upper left corner.
