Title: Plugins from v13 copied where?

I see my plugins from v13 are in v14.  I don't see the dlls in v14 tree (which has nicely changed).  If I uninstall v13 will the plugins quit working or be deleted?  I found the switch from v13 to v14 much less painful than v12 to v13 was.
