Title: Ripping CD's
Post by: Wixxy on November 10, 2018, 03:00:07 pm
 8) Hi, some time ago when I used to rip a lot of cd's. When you pressed close after finishing ripping. MC whatever would tell you if it was a good rip or if many passes were needed to get good data. Or perhaps it couldn't get good data and therefore it was an un-secure rip. This doesn't seem to happen now. Is there a way of seeing if a rip is secure or not?

Many thanks

Wixxy ;)

Prefer dbPowerAmp.   This seems better behaved.   Just my choice however

Do you a) Have Secure rip enabled and b) Auto-create log file in secure rip mode enabled?

Other than MC, I'd recommend XLD on macOS for ripping CDs.
