Up until just recently I needed to reformat my hard drive, I had MC. I don't recall which version I had but I still have the old program files backed up. When I requested to restore my license I received a registration code. I presumed that to solve the problem. However, I am prompted that my trial period will expire.
I paid for a permanent license just over a couple of years ago, but now I cannot seem to restore this license. With no J River support email address or contact, I am completely baffled as to what to do. What now?
