Title: TV Skip instead of FastForward

Is there a button assiged to tv when timeshiffting to skip say 30 seconds instead of fastforward at 2x,4x,8x,etc?

I've looked and have not found it.

If there isn't, I would suggest that it be implemented.  Thanks!
