Title: Separate view for compilations . . .
Post by: sjames_chimera on October 04, 2020, 11:09:57 am
Hi guys.

Could anyone be kind enough to give me the exact commands etc. that I need to separate out my compilations from the rest of my library - into a new view?

Many thanks in advance . . .

Right click on "Audio" in the tree.
Select "Add Library View".
In the new popup select "Panes".
Give it a name and click ok.
Right click your new view under audio.
Under settings click "Set rules for file display..."
Under rules in the first drop down click the arrow and select "Album Type".
Second box select "is".
Third box select Multiple Artist.

If tagged correctly only your compilation albums will now show in that view.

You can adjust your other view to"Album Type" "is Not" "Multiple artist" to remove them from there.
