Suddenly, after like 3 years, my Media Center 20 displayed info "The trial period has expired" :-) I've tried to restore my licence key (cause I can't find it in my mail) by trying to receive my registration code. I've entered all possible email addresses here: "https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore_email.cgi?displayemail=1" and got no answer. Can you help me with that?

Please send me your details. I need something to search for.

Thanks. Just've sent the mail.

Same thing just happened to me this morning... Had the PAID (!!!) program for 3 years or so and it decided this morning that my supposedly "trial" license was expired! I tried to restore my license but your site is down!!

Stand by. Something just went offline a few minutes ago. We're checking.

So what now? I assume the recent cyber attack on your servers is responsible for my software not working because in need of a license restore? When do you expect I will be able to listen to my music?
PS: I am not a computer geek, I just love hifi music.

Just gotta wait for the servers to come back up once they're rebuilt.

That's what I thought but as a matter of fact, my reply consisted of two questions:
1. Was my paid license suddenly converted to a trial license linked to the cyber attack?
2. How long will it take approximately to bring everything back on? I'm sure it is hard to estimate but are we talking hours, days or weeks? I just want to have an idea...
Thanks.

Your license didn't change. Hours or a day or two.
