MC12 added uploads to Menalto, a local web gallery, JRiver's Pix01, and Facebook.
MC13 adds upload to Flickr.
Here's a picture:

You select a few pictures, then right click on them, then choose Send To/Gallery/Flickr.
You will need to have a Flickr account and log in.
